Vitamin C and How it is Affected by Oxidization

I am doing a science fair project on the effect of oxygen on vitamin c. The teacher wants an accompanying research papers. There are absolutely no parameters- no length subject or other guides. I plan to discuss what vitamin c is, why we need it, scurvy, and more specific to my experiment, redox reactions and titration. I have tried to tie this up using your thesis guides, but I am having trouble. Please help.
