PRLog (Press Release), Apr 07, 2010 – HOLLYWOOD, CA - "Turning Japanese" has swept away the Best Film "Audience Award" and the equally important Best Comedy "Jury Award" at Beverly Hill Short Film Festival. The award-winner is directed and written by Paul Bickel, and produced by Joe Lamirand, Christi Allen, David Ho & PB. The cast boasts the veteran actor-producer Brian Austin Green (of “Beverly Hills, 90210” fame), Zibby Allen, and Genevieve Mariko Wilson in lead roles.

Both the festival audience and the jury were mesmerized by "Turning Japanese," the captivating story of a financially strapped couple who stumble upon an unusual roommate and exploit her bizarre nightly episodes.
