Wrong Words for Your Emails

Back to the Email TEMPLATES | How to write an Email

CARDINAL RULE: Never ever use any cuss words in your business emails. Period. There are NO exceptions to this rule.

SECOND RULE: There are certain words that you are well recommended to stay away from when writing an email. These are the words that create confusion, trigger resentment or anger, or whip up a negative reaction on the part of the receiver. You should avoid using these words especially in formal business communications:
